Milling & Turning Capabilities

3-Axis CNC Milling
Multi-Axis Precision
Our CNC milling centers handle complex 3D geometry — pockets, slots, contours, drilled and tapped holes, and precision surfaces. From laser-cut blanks that need added features to fully machined custom parts, we bring your designs to life with tight tolerances and clean finishes.
Work Envelope 12" × 8" × 6"
Spindle Speed Up to 12,000 RPM
Tolerance ±0.001"
Surface Finish Ra 32–63 µin
Capabilities Drill, tap, bore, slot
CNC Turning
Rotational Symmetry
For cylindrical parts — shafts, bushings, pins, spacers, and threaded components. Our CNC lathes produce precision rotational geometry with smooth finishes. We can turn, drill cross-holes, and cut grooves on stock round material or pre-milled blanks.
Max Swing 4" OD
Max Length 6" between centers
Tolerance ±0.001"
Surface Finish Ra 16–32 µin
Capabilities Turn, bore, thread, groove

Delrin (Acetal) Low friction All operations ±0.001" Gears, bushings, wear pads, insulating parts
HDPE / UHMW Food-safe plastic Milling ±0.002" Food processing boards, wear strips, low-friction surfaces

Machining vs. Laser Cutting — When to Use Each

Laser cutting is great for 2D profiles. CNC machining adds 3D features, precision holes, and smooth surfaces. Often, they work best together.

CNC Machining
3D geometry — pockets, contours, 3D surfaces
Tight tolerances — ±0.001" standard
Drilled and tapped holes
Smooth, finished surfaces
Cylindrical parts (turning)
Threaded features built in
Works with metal, plastic, and more
Laser Cutting
2D profiles only (flat sheets)
±0.005" tolerance
No holes or threads (can drill/tap after)
Edge finish only — no surface machining
No cylindrical parts
Metal only
No 3D features
CNC + Laser Combo
Laser for 2D profiles, CNC for features
Best of both tolerances
Laser-cut blank + drilled/tapped holes
Machined surfaces on laser-cut parts
Turned shafts + laser-cut mounts
Complete assemblies from one shop
Faster than multi-vendor sourcing

What People Machine With Us

Prototyping
Rapid Prototyping
One-off prototypes that need to fit and function like the real thing. CNC machining gives you production-quality parts for testing and validation — no tooling, no setup lead time.
Fabrication Add-On
Machined Laser-Cut Parts
Laser-cut a flat profile, then send it to us for machining. We add precision holes, tapped threads, machined shoulders, and mating surfaces. The combo of both services in one shop.
Production
Small-Batch Production
From 10 to 500 parts — CNC machining is cost-effective for medium volumes. Consistent, repeatable, and every part is identical. Great for industrial components and replacement parts.
Custom / Specialty
One-of-a-Kind Components
Broken part with no drawings? We can reverse-engineer and machine replacements. Custom brackets, adapter plates, specialty tooling, fixtures, and jigs — if it needs to be machined, we can do it.

How CNC Machining Works

Send Your Design
STEP, DXF, or PDF drawings are ideal — including dimensions, tolerances, and surface finish requirements. We also accept sketches, photos, or a physical part for reverse engineering.
Quote & Schedule
We review the design, select tools and materials, and quote you a clear price. No hidden setup fees. Once approved, we schedule your part into the machine.
Machine & Deliver
We program the toolpaths, set up the machine, and run your parts. Every part is inspected and shipped or ready for pickup. Clean, precise, and exactly to spec.

Need Something Machined?

Send us your files or a sketch. We'll machine it — from one-off prototypes to small production runs. No minimums, no gatekeeping. Just good parts.
